The Galaxy Fame is an entry-level smartphone that runs on a version of Android Jelly Bean that has been augmented with Samsung's TouchWiz UI. It sits alongside the Galaxy Young at the lower end of the Galaxy range. It targets first time smartphone users and offers the potential to own a big name brand at an affordable price.


This phone has a 3.5 inch touchscreen that displays in 165PPI (Pixels Per Inch). The average PPI for a modern smartphone is 255.


The Galaxy Fame has a 5MP camera, can record video in up to 640VGA and has a 0.3MP front facing camera for taking selfies and making video calls.
